There seem to be a lot of apartments available. My guess would be they're either too small or too expensive.
There aren't a lot of appartements for sale, people are willing to pay just about anything to get one and yet ... (We once offered 10 000e more than the asking price but someone offered 20 000e and paid cash!)I know we have given up!

Wow, what do you call a business card for a couple? A "Family Business card" sounds so mafioso.
